Experience
Brian R. Herberth is the newest associate of the firm, successfully
passing the Ohio Bar in 2007. Brian focuses his practice in the areas
of personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, products liability, workers’
compensation and eminent domain. Working as a legal assistant
while putting himself through undergraduate and law school, Brian has
over eight years of experience helping men and women who have been
hurt by the negligence of others achieve fair compensation for their
injuries. Prior to accepting a position with the firm, Brian clerked for a
corporate firm, where he participated in equal employment opportunity
commission claims, corporate bankruptcies and drafting supplier
agreements.
Education
Born and raised in Cleveland, Brian graduated from Cleveland State
University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s degree. In 2006, he received his
law degree from the Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
