insulation manufacturer for widow whose husband could not receive
coronary bypass surgery due to his asbestos-related mesothelioma
and died from a heart attack.

$2.585 Million Jury Verdict: Products liability award for a boilermaker
who contracted asbestosis due to occupational exposure to asbestos
insulation. Included $2.5 Million punitive damage award upheld by the
Ohio Supreme Court.

$1.8 Million Jury Verdict: Products Liability claim against Defendant
Union Carbide on behalf of a drywaller/plasterer who developed
asbestosis as a result of breathing asbestos fibers supplied by Union
Carbide which were used in the joint compound applied by Plantiff.

$275 Thousand Jury Verdict: Workers’ Compensation back award for
Widow whose husband died from lung cancer as a result of his
employment with LTV Steel.
Linda Wacht v. WCI Steel Inc., et al. (2006), Trumbull County Court
of Common Pleas, Case No. 2003 CV 00934, Warren, Ohio.
Jury Verdict Awarding Workers' Compensation Death Benefits:
Obtained a jury verdict for a widow of a police officer who died from a
blood clot that had formed in his leg while seated in a patrol car for long
periods of time and then traveled to his lung causing his death after he
had come home from work.
